(UPDATE) First bad blogshop experience -__- (EATINGZOMBIE.COM)

Hi so i recently bought a dress from this blogshop(not gonna name but then if they dun refund me my money by tmr i will name lolol im sucha bitchy customer), n i paid them within 24hrs etc.

Their email states to allow them max 3 working days for them to dispatch my parcel bla bla bla so i waited la but until the 4th day i nvr receive any separate email informing me that my parcel is dispatched. I sent them an email regarding this on the 15th n i receiced NO reply for almost a week.

KAN. U have seriously no idea how annoyed n irritated n frustrated n impatient i was. If the item is a backorder n im required to wait i will wait la duh im not an unreasonable customer. But then the thing is the dress i bought is "excess from backorder" -___-

But then when i checked their website again i realised that there are 2 versions for the same dress -.- dafuq

One is "excess from backorder" the other one is "backorder open" something like that la i was so mad that i wrote on their fb wall actually i didnt want to do this one la but my patience was running out

I waited for one whole day for them to reply they didnt leh! So i went to search for the blogshop owner LOLOLOL i private msg her. the next day i on facebook they replied alr wor!!! Ji efficient yi xia!!

N so they told me they didnt reply my email is because my email went into their spam folder wor!! Then the owner say the dress i ordered only left one piece n is a defective piece -_- if it is defective, for FUCK u put it up on ur website seriously??? So she said is either do a full refund or exchange obvious i went for refund but then till today she didnt refund me(i asked her to notify me when she transferred the money) so i sent the owner another private message the exact amount to which account n by when

I mean its reasonable rite?? Blogshops always require us to transfer money by when otherwise the item will be let go to the other buyer. So im just doing what has been practicing since idk when!! U cant blame me lolol

Update:

A few days ago, They FINALLY sent me an email asking me for my account number etc in a formal way. And they said it will be done in 3 working days. Today(Monday, 4 sep) is the last day of the 3 working days and they have not sent me an email informing me that they have refunded me. SO, i will take it as they havent refund. fuck it man seriously. i expect all blogshop owners to reply on time. fucking irresponsible.

WILL NOT. EVER. PATRONISE. THEM. EVER. AGAIN.
and they keep deleting my posts i posted on their facebook wall kanina no manners. they only want to keep the good comments. -_- fakers. assholes.

So they FINALLY refunded me on Wednesday but it took them over a span of 3 weeks to do it -_- And when they say they will reply me by dawn, they replied me on the 2nd dawn. -.- This is certainly not the kind of customer service i expect. >:(
